Question: I already placed an order for my wedding dress, would I still be receiving it on time?
Diala: We are working very hard to ensure we meet all delivery dates, working closely with the designers to deliver ahead of time to account for new shipping timelines. Thankfully, our team has been able to deliver all dresses on the promised dates.
Question: How far in advance should I book an appointment?
Sally: We advise booking your appointment at least one week in advance, especially if you are planning to visit us on weekends and during busy seasons. For tourists visiting Dubai, we recommend securing your appointment before booking your travel dates.
Question: Have timelines for orders changed?
Sally: Yes, due to the current situation, we now need to account for a longer period of time for shipping, if your wedding is before July 1st, we highly recommend to purchase off the rack.
Question: I am a tourist and not sure if I can attend in person. Can I order online?
Diala: Our expert stylists can conduct an online consultation, where you can view the dresses in a specially designed set up along with a dedicated veil styling session. If you say yes to our dress, your consultant will request your current measurements to undergo the alterations at the store. Your finished dress will then be shipped to you.
Question: Can you store my dress if I am a tourist?
Sally: Yes Absolutely. We can also ship the dress to you. It is currently taking on average 10 days.
Question: I am a bride and I’m getting married soon and I don’t have my dress yet; do you carry a full collection?
Diala: Yes absolutely, we have a beautifully curated collection in store which brides can buy directly off the rack. Our alteration services are also fully operational. You can read more about us here.
Question: Are you receiving new collections and style favorites?
